• Salina Shuler is the visionary behind Salterra OC Detox & Treatment—a leader whose work blends clinical expertise, operational excellence, and deep compassion. With over 20 years in behavioral health, Salina brings a unique combination of intuitive leadership and therapeutic insight to her role as CEO and Program Director.

    She earned her Master’s in Social Work with a Mental Health focus from the University of Southern California and holds a BA in Psychology with honors from Chapman University. Salina’s specialized training includes a two-year Gestalt Therapy program at the Institute for Effective Psychotherapy in Malibu and National Certification as a Drug and Alcohol Interventionist.

    From 2012 to 2025, Salina served as Co-Founder, CEO, and Program Director of South Orange County Detox & Treatment, where she developed a reputation for creating ethical, trauma-informed programs with a personal touch. In 2011, she also co-founded Matthew's Path Extended Care Sober Living, offering individualized, long-term sober living and reintegration support. Over the years, she has helped establish multiple licensed treatment centers across Orange County.

    In 2025, Salina launched Salterra OC Detox & Treatment to bring an even more holistic, mind–body–spirit approach to addiction recovery. At Salterra, she mentors a multidisciplinary team and designs individualized, evidence-based programming. Her leadership fosters a healing culture where clients are treated with dignity and empowered to rebuild their lives with clarity, purpose, and lasting change.

    Salina is known for turning compassionate vision into operational excellence. Her leadership inspires teams to deliver ethical, individualized care that empowers each client to discover their unique path to recovery.
