Salina Shuler, MSW President, CEO
Salina Shuler’s leadership is defined by an unwavering belief: every person possesses an innate gift that, once uncovered, becomes the compass for lifelong healing.
With more than two decades of clinical and executive experience, she brings a rare combination of therapeutic depth, operational clarity, and human-centered vision to every aspect of care at Salterra.
Salina earned her MSW from the University of Southern California with a focus on mental health and completed advanced Gestalt Therapy training through the Institute for Effective Psychotherapy in Malibu. Over the years, she co-founded multiple licensed treatment centers across Orange County, including Matthew’s Path Extended Care Sober Living and South Orange County Detox & Treatment, where she served as CEO and Program Director through 2025.
In founding Salterra OC Detox & Treatment, Salina created a sanctuary where ethical leadership and clinical excellence converge. Her approach is both visionary and actionable—grounded in experience, accountability, and deep compassion for the recovery process.
